I. Customer Development and Lead Mining 

1. Collect the contact information, business conditions, operation status and procurement process of the target customers;

2. Collect project information, implementation status and competitor situation; 

3. Collect historical transaction information and competitor quotations. 

II. Collection and Delivery Coordination 

1. According to the contract terms, promptly follow up on the payment process of the clients and ensure timely collection of payments;

2. Coordinate internal resources (such as the warehouse, R&D, and after-sales departments) to ensure that products are delivered on time or services are smoothly initiated; 

3. Assist in handling simple issues that customers encounter during the process of receiving or using the product, or promptly report them to the after-sales department. 

III. Customer Relationship Maintenance 

1. Establish an annual visiting strategy, and periodically formulate quarterly/half-yearly/yearly visiting plans for customers to understand the project progress of each customer and whether there are any major investment plans;

2. At the beginning of the year, based on the situation under your jurisdiction, prepare the initial visit plan. Subsequently, make decisions on whether to make adjustments depending on the specific tasks at hand.
